Organic Farming Experience

After an exhausting morning in the Eco Park, we traveled to Tsuen Mun downtown with our coach. We soon arrived at New Life Farm a social enterprise, which located next to the well-known Castle Peak Hospital. There we had our lunch. It was a low-carbon and organic one. The juice was made up of herbs and lemon grass. It was a new experience for most of our students. Then we met our guide, Qiu Ping, a patient that had been recovered from mental illness. He was responsible for the activity that we are going to join that afternoon.

It was such a once in a life time experience for our students. There we started organic farming and renewable paper making .
